Refund & Cancellation Policy
At CRC Diagnostics, we strive to offer convenient and reliable diagnostic services, including home sample collection and online booking. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling may be requested.
1. Booking Cancellation
You may cancel a test appointment under the following conditions:
• Before Sample Collection:
- If you cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund (in case of online payment).
- For cash bookings, no payment is collected in advance, so no refund is applicable.
After Sample Collection:
Once the sample is collected, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted, as lab processing begins immediately
2. Rescheduling Appointments
- You may reschedule your appointment once, at no extra charge, before the sample is collected.
- Rescheduling is subject to time slot availability and must be requested at least 1 hour before the scheduled visit.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Technical issues leading to double payment
- Cancellation before sample collection, as described above
- Service unavailability from CRC Diagnostics due to operational reasons (e.g., staff unavailability, unavoidable delay)
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation request:
- Contact us on our support number or WhatsApp
- Share your booking ID, payment reference (if any), and reason for cancellation
- Our team will verify the request and guide you through the process
5. No Refund Will Be Provided InThe Following Cases
- Wrong address or contact details provided by the patient
- Unavailability of patient at the time of scheduled collection
- Refusal to give sample after arrival of our phlebotomist
- Disputes raised after the report is delivered and validated
6. Modifications by CRC Diagnostics
CRC Diagnostics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the user will be notified in advance, and a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.
