2. Booking & Appointment
- All test bookings must be made in advance through our website or customer care support.
- Appointment confirmation is subject to availability and will be communicated via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- You are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information during booking.
3. Sample Collection at Home
- A certified phlebotomist or representative will visit your registered address at the scheduled time.
- Please ensure availability during the selected time slot. If unavailable, rescheduling may be necessary.
- In case of repeated absence, CRC Diagnostics reserves the right to cancel the booking.
4. Test Reports
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal and medical information:
- Reports will be shared digitally via WhatsApp to the number provided during registration.
- Alternatively, reports can be securely downloaded from our website using your registered mobile number or unique patient ID.
- Reports are usually delivered within the stipulated time frame mentioned at the time of test.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
- Payments can be made online through our secure payment gateway or in cash/card at the time of sample collection.
- In case of online payments, no refund will be initiated once the sample is collected.
- If a test is cancelled before sample collection, a refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
6. Data Privacy
- Your personal data and health information are kept confidential and shared only with you unless legally required.
- By using our services, you agree to receive communication from us via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or call.
7. Medical Disclaimer
