- Home sample collection
- Digital delivery of reports (no physical delivery)
- Report downloads from our official website
- We do not ship any physical goods or medicines as part of our services.
2. Sample Collection
- After you book a test, our trained phlebotomist will visit your registered address at the selected date and time for sample collection.
- You will receive a confirmation message or call prior to the visit.
- Please ensure someone is available at home during the time slot to avoid delays or cancellations.
3. Report Delivery
We offer fast and secure delivery of your test reports through the following modes:
- WhatsApp Delivery: Reports are sent to your registered mobile number as a PDF.
- Website Download: You can download your reports anytime using your mobile number or patient ID on our official website.
- Email (on request): Reports can be emailed if requested at the time of booking.
4. Turnaround Time
To initiate a refund or cancellation request:
- Report delivery time varies based on the type of test conducted.
- Most standard tests are delivered within 24–48 hours of sample collection.
- In case of delays due to technical or unforeseen reasons, you will be informed in advance.
5. Delivery Charges
- Home Sample Collection: Free or chargeable depending on location. Charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned during booking.
- Report Delivery: Absolutely free via WhatsApp and website. No additional charges for digital delivery.
6. Responsibility
- CRC Diagnostics is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the patient.
